Chitra Vichitra Shila

Chitra Vichitra Shila,Unchagaon

This multi-colored stone located on Sakhigiri hill is a smooth sloping rock with a canopy built over it. Gopis used to play sliding sport at this slippery stone. Therefore this stone is also known as Fisalini Shila’. At this place Radha applied henna (Mahavar) to her feet. It is said that Krishna and Gopis would throw colors on each other during holi, and that color had been spilled over these rocks. Therefore the more you try to rub and clean the rocks, the more distinct the color gets.
