This water tank is located at one side of Sakhigiri hill. Maidens headed by Lalita Sakhi got thirst because of standing and waiting for Krishna for so long. To quench their thirst they excavated this
pond. Therefore it is named as Sakhi Kup, being made by Sakhis.
